TERA opened in 2024 in Southport and has quickly grown. They offer a range of classes at times to suit everybody from Hyrox training to classes specifically for mums!
They’re an independent, community driven gym and anybody who tries a class seems to come away feeling amazing. You might even catch them running around Birkdale on Sundays with their running club starting from Tea Rooms in Birkdale!
